By accessing and using Recalibration ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Recalibration is a personal health tracking tool that allows you to record and analyze daily signals about how your body responds to experiments, dietary changes, or lifestyle modifications.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide a valid email address
• You must verify your email address to use the service
• One account per person

4. Your Data

• You own your data. All health tracking data you enter belongs to you
• Your data is stored securely in a Supabase database
• Your data is private and only accessible to you
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete your data at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse or overload the service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or copy the App
• Share your account credentials

6. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Recalibration is a tracking tool, NOT medical advice.

• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Do not use this App as a substitute for professional medical care
• In case of medical emergency, call emergency services immediately

7. Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
• We are not responsible for data loss (though we make best efforts to prevent it)
• Your use of the App is at your own risk

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
